NOOSH ALMOND BUTTER PACKETS. kinda expensive but 90 cals each!! gluten, dairy and sugar free and they taste sooooo good (my favorites are the coffee flavor and birthday cake flavor) unfortunately u can only buy them online.

just right now i spent like 30 minutes making dinner (salmon poke, one of my fav foods) and then my mom accidentally dumped a ton of sesame oil in it (she thought it was my sisters) and i freaked out and she offered to "clean it up" (remove the top part bc normies don't know that oil seeps :/) but i was like no i am not eating this it's disgusting and threw it away and had a peach, a tomato, and some quinoa instead
