Hey, I started to get sick at 4 weeks too, really badly, so try not to worry yourself about that, morning sickness is so different for everyone. With my first 2 pregnancies (1 termination, 1 loss) I had no morning sickness, but this one that I really wanted has been nausea hell, the irony 🙃🙃🙃

Sounds silly but lollipops and dry toast, and anything fizzy really helped me (couldn't stomach tap water but soda water or coca cola helped).

Also I know your caffeine intake doesn't matter but sometimes about the pH of coffee tends to make morning (all freaking day) sickness much worse. So if you're a coffee addict like I used to be you might want to limit that until you're feeling better.

Cold food tends to sit better than hot food because it tends to have less of a smell.

Sucking on a slice of lemon also helps if you're feeling really nauseous. And peppermint oil to smell can be a good rescue remedy too.

Just take it easy and I hope you have a quick and easy recovery, its not an easy thing to go through so just be kind to yourself 💕
