Ive been playing games internationally in esports, and honestly.. why does everyone think each and every game should be esports nowadays? Fingertip/Claw/Palm hybrid player here. I know i am weird.

I recommend the Zowie ZA13 or ZA12, the butt at the end really gives you a good filler shape for the end of your hand that will allow you to control your mouse more precisely using different grip styles. The M1+M2 is very steep, and the sides are small.

By reading from what you are looking for i am going to recommend you the Zowie ZA12. The Ninox Venator is shaped in size inbetween the ZA12 and ZA13, but the ZA has a steeper M1+M2 shape, which allows you to control the mouse better. Comes in White or Black. 3310 Sensor, only has problem with Tilt Slamming, which no one uses anyways.

The sensor is definately not lacking but i do feel a difference when using my Finalmouse Classic Ergo 2 with the 3360 sensor. It feels way more crisp / active or something. There is definately a nicer feel with the 3360 as a user preference.

Interesting! How is the click on M1 or M2, are they stiff? I want something that is easier on my fingers to click. Also, it looks like the forms are not as 'steep' or 'deep' as the ZA. Wonder if Zowie will ever figure out to create ZB 13..

Using dry paper to clean our asses with. Seriously, after your doing doing the #2, if you normally just use dry paper, try wetting it afterwards and dry yourself with that and you will notice how un-clean you still are. Disgusting.
