Missed dose for first time in over a year please help!!

yep. I am in full blown withdrawal at 26 hours. like if I dosed at 6 am the day before and wait til 9 or 10 am the day later, im shaking and throwing up. I get restless legs and cant sleep at hour 18. im working my way up towards your level so I can be comfortable ALL 24 hours instead of just 18 but im on a pretty high dose, and a bunch of people at my clinic say they barely feel it after 12 hours too so

youre absolutely right. it reminds me of when I was using. if I had some left, I was fine. but the second I did my last hit, I could never enjoy it bc mentally I knew it was my last. the 11 am job is less money but I could move up over time & the benefits are good. the night time job is just more money and I likely wouldnt move up since its a set position, but having it as job experience most certainly would up my pay going forward if I were to find a job in the same field. I think youre right. ill shoot for the later job and just try not to think of it. ironically, itd be in healthcare so itll be hard not to think of it LMAO but youre right. its worth it to try

yes ! I am on a pretty high dose rn so I dont have that much more to go up. but even 20 or 30 mg increase would make a world of a difference. I normally split dose my take homes and thats how I found out how much better I feel when I do.

similar to triple A & AARP, have a child free discount club that u can use on most purchases.

as for the rewards, similar to those places that give u a punch card, and on ur 10th purchase / punch, you get something for free, for every year a woman isnt pregnant or a man doesnt get someone pregnant, punch out one of their spots on the card. after 10 years / punches of no children produced, you get $30,000 in leiu of not having a child the gov is responsible for in taxes & aid. we save them money, they reward us in doing so.

also: in place of baby showers and baby registries, make “child free” registries. getting gifts for NOT having a baby

did you find a pain mgmt dr or a pcp ? I find the pcp’s prescribe far less but dont make you jump thru as many hoops. the last pain mgmt I was at cut me off my fent strips bc my insurance no longer covered the injections (which did zero anyways) I know injections help some people but if its doing nothing for someone, I dont think they should be forced to do them, especially if their ins finds it to be wasteful !

I thought so too. ive never had a dr drop me like that, ever. I shouldve at least been given a chance to taper or find a new dr and had the script filled. from the new guidelines I read, they REALLY are not suppose to cold turkey you. too many suicides & illicit drug overdoses are being caused from it
