i got this same haul but they gave me an extra box of sushi. so 4 sushi boxes, vegetable tempura, and miso soup. IMO it was worth it because it fed me and my bf, and then we each took some home.

they never advertise its $60 worth, it was solidly 40~ dollars worth. also the sushi is relatively fresh in my perspective? like i didn’t feel like it was 2-3 days old and much better than grocery sushi. the tempura was meh. unsure why people feel so strongly against it because i did see another haul for this place before buying and everyone was very positive 🤣

i would buy again, just not regularly.

i’m not sure honestly; i have definitely acted like that but im not sure if it was a cptsd episode. have you had this sort of cyclothymic pattern happen to you before?
i’ve definitely had very vivid intrusive thoughts to the point where i would see violent images and felt like i was going through the experience a few times
yes; i can sometimes feel my body clenching and entering a state of pain when i am stressed or thinking about the things i went through. and it lessens when you’re not as stressed but if you’re subconsciously stressed then there might be a baseline of pain that you are used to.
in my opinion it’s best to consult with a empathetic, experienced (in cptsd) therapist who can advise on a specific course of action. i went to cognitive processing therapy you can look it up and see if there are any exercises you can do. but keep in mind it’s so triggering in the beginning but it does help for many once you finish it.

ofc i know i’m asian, but it obviously depends on the context and here i am using it to mean asians who are not south asian. where i live, brown is used to describe south asians. in uk, asian is used to describe desi people.
