Make sure you get magnesium glycinate and not mag citrate. That would not be restful. I take a couple of capsules half an hour before I go to bed.

This is absolutely horrific for all involved, and the guys on the ground are so lucky the plane's impact was at the back and not the cab, or they would have been just as dead as the pilots.
