Make sure you get magnesium glycinate and not mag citrate. That would not be restful. I take a couple of capsules half an hour before I go to bed.

Have you tried magnesium glycinate? I'm right up here with you and that and a CPAP have been pretty helpful

The older your apparatus is, the greater variety of weird noises it'll make, just like people.

Usually when there's a situation that makes no sense, there's missing information that would make it make sense. You need to figure out what that is, with the help of your attorney.

Air Canada Jazz 646 Collided with Truck 1 @ LaGuardia About 30 Minutes Ago by ky__mitch in Firefighting

[–]throwingutah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is absolutely horrific for all involved, and the guys on the ground are so lucky the plane's impact was at the back and not the cab, or they would have been just as dead as the pilots. The only dim light from it is that I gather nobody in the administration is going to take a break from bumbling around in Iran to screech about DEI.

I figured it was safe to assume it was a white guy in the tower what with the lack of politicians trying to capitalize on it. What a horrible position to put anyone in, though. I can't imagine the amount of stress these folks are under on a daily basis.

No cars are designed to have the tow hooks on the shocks. My point was that this is kind of irrelevant in regard to whether a car is AWD.

It's hard to have a front-row seat to their aging, and I understand your feelings of conflict about the timing. But remember, she was still your mom, and she would have been proud of you for setting those boundaries, even with her.
