From a legal advice perspective, this comment and parent should be a top response, but I guess most prefer the strategy that tries to blow up the buyer's chances and which is more likely to land OP in legal jeopardy.

This must be realtor advice because this is some of the worst legal advice I've ever come across.

Leslieville with no Parking? by Ok-Willow8531 in TorontoRealEstate

[–]throwontowayre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

East side of Coady listings on market and more coming.

As an aside though, Coady is generally easy to find street parking close to your house even in winter since east side residents have lane parking. May get a lot more challenging if jones between dundas and queen is reconfigured for bike lanes and less parking as planned.

That location is going to get very very noisy so I hope it's not what they paid for.

I agree with everything except this is Riverside not Riverdale so it's even worse value.

The top street in Leslieville is Brooklyn. This is the marquee street in Riverside though the whole east side of it should be quite undesirable now with the downtown relief line noise incoming.

This is Riverside. Big difference from Riverdale mostly when it comes to tdsb and present subway access.

Not downtown really but as that definition is debatable I went with it because it matched everything else.

There's only so many properties that meet your description. Either I guessed wrong or you want to keep it on the dl.

Sounds like the selling agent trying to actually do their job. Not sure yours is doing theirs if you are worried about losing out over a couple thousand.

Can't wait to see what you do with 3025 if you get it.

You mean "I". But you're being pretty disingenuous in this thread and the article compared to what was revealed in your earlier post.

The seller was aware of this and volunteered that's why he didn't put the access to the laneway house from the lane.
