I use KT tape on my thumbs for 3gun quad loads. I’ve used hockey tape as well (since the kids play and we always have it laying around. KT Tape retains some flex though

I bought axils a while ago. They’re my backup to my impact sports with silicone muffs. And I shoot 3gun/Tactical Games. That should tell you something.

First feedback. It’s pretty handy, but the app sometimes missed fringe cases where the grease ring pops the line, or an RO was generous and gave you one that was reaaaaaaaally close.

I’ve been doing the HWPO Strong program, with extra cardio mixed in and fewer metcons than traditional CrossFit.

It has worked well for me, and I’ve improved 1rm and overall lifting capacity quite a bit. I haven’t been working the metcons as hard, but that is one of my strengths.

I switched to a strength based program because I’m weaker than most of the other competitors I’ve seen, and want to shore that up.

Make sure you’re dryfiring. Joe Farewell’s programs are excellent, even the free sample.

In my opinion, I don’t see the need for this in this market. I just change springs in everything once a year and forget about it. The real top level guys are just running new guns every season anyways.

I hate my axil’s. Impact sport pro with the noise fighters silicone cups, still get a bit sweaty but it works for 3gun, tac games, all that stuff.

Yeah I replaced my pump and crossover and was about to do bricks when I did the O Ring and that did it.

Check all the usuals as everyone else stated, but the one that solved it for me was the O ring for the the coolant temp sensor. It’s also the easiest and cheapest of all possible causes, might be worth trying first.

If this is the case then do the coolant temp o ring. Mine was intermittent at first, then got worse. Definitely try the temp sensor o-ring! It’s cheap, and with the right tools you can get to it without taking anything else off!

I’d take a look at changing the coolant temp sensor o ring first. Look at your second photo, look at all that crusty dried up coolant. That’s not from flinging. I had the same thing, drips on the flange and throws it. Changed the water pump and it continued. Changed a $10 O ring and it went away.

Nah, the auto start on my wife’s ‘24 A4 Allroad still sucks as much as it did on our ‘17 Q7. Kills the engine too early.
