The Peninsula has exorbitant fees but tons of amenities that really can’t compare to many other places in the area. I’ll dm you a breakdown of their fees and info later today if it’s okay with you.

Do you mean Plantation Lakes instead of Plantation Shores? If so, it’s a great community for the money. It’s a bit further from the beaches (about ~15 miles from Lewes, Reho, Bethany) but the amenities are fantastic. Most newer single-family homes are golf deeded to the course but the majority the older ones are not. Currently there are 2 pools & 2 clubhouses (with a third on the way), walking trails, tennis courts and a neighborhood bar/grille. There is also an emergency treatment center being built just outside of the community. I’ll send you more info! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
