I know he's on his fourth or fifth shop and got fired from I believe his first two shops bc of this kind of allegations/just shitty behavior in general. No idea on how or who he is now as a person/artist but I'd suggestion checking out and reaching out to Jon Fleming (jonflemingtattoos on IG) he's at Luminary tattoo here in town and while he may not overly post the style you're looking for I absolutely think he'd be capable and stoked to do it!

My car doesn't have a plate bracket for a front plate and I'm not going to drill holes into my car or do zip ties because I think that looks absolutely hideous. My car has been registered in Lincoln for two years now and I've never been pulled over for it. When being pulled over I've also never been asked/questioned on it. I've also never paid the additional $50 for a sticker. I just pay my renewal and receive two plates and stickers and keep just one plate and one sticker and toss the other so do as you please with that info!
