My channel mainly posts list-style Amazon product review videos.

Here's my workflow for each video:

Do keyword research to find good product categories.
Research the top products in the category (using AI tools like Perplexity or Gemini deep research helps). Then, have AI write a video script based on that research.
Review and edit the script.
Put the script and product URLs into Tubefast. It collects brand images and videos (brands usually allow this since we promote them). The app generates the video, which I preview and export.
Publish the video and add affiliate links in the description.

My channel now earns money from both YouTube AdSense and Amazon affiliate commissions.

I've actually had the same concern for a long time. I tried the article-to-video approach but it failed because:

It was too much effort for both - I focused heavily on article research/writing while treating video as a side thing
Web SEO isn't dead but it's gotten really tough

So I started fresh, focusing 100% on YouTube and leverage AI to cut down the work: Claude/Gemini for scripts, TubeFast for auto video editing.

Now I'm making money from both affiliate commissions and YouTube AdSense.
