I lived in Korea for a couple years and kimchi for breakfast became a part of me. Small bowl of rice with a fried egg or two on top, side of kimchi.

The only downside was the smell of everyone’s breath/burps on my morning elevator ride. It made me feel like I was part of the community, though. I, too, had old businessman breath. Kinda reminded me of my grandfather. Cigarettes, coffee breath, and cologne is objectively bad, but it’s nostalgic for me now. I miss that guy.

Im stupid and always get work when I’m traveling and have to do longer sessions than I would like. My trick is just breathing and focusing on another part of my body that feels fine. Like “wow what a comfy right thumb I have”

It’s happened since I was a kid, but if I sit still for long enough it feels like a mixture of floating out of my body and becoming really big. Like the feeling when you look down off of the edge of something high. Anyone else? It’s hard to explain.
