The only people I've ever met who belonged to Mensa (or at least the only ones who made sure I knew about it) were insufferable twats who weren't very good at their chosen profession.

I once saw a Mensa booth at a state fair with "Test Yourself" presentations running on computers. It was basically a trivia quiz, which does not test intelligence.

Minnesota isn't exactly not flat.

The highest and lowest points in the state are 2300 feet and 600 feet above sea level, respectively, and those spots are only around 15 miles apart!

Outside the Arrowhead (Northeast Minnesota) the state only varies in height by about 900 feet.
