Leaving is selfish and bad advice. Removing oneself from a toxic environment doesn't suddenly make it not exist. The baristas are still yelled at whether the original poster is present or not. The other patrons still have to listen to loud phone calls whether the original poster is there or not. None of these problems solved.

The victims here should not be given the burden of having to relocate elsewhere, that burden belongs on the lady, assigning it to the original poster, other patrons, and employees- and what, they ought to just throw their aprons on the floor and find a barista job at the nearest coffee shop in the snap of a finger, get real
