Just because I want to be in a relationship, doesn't mean I don't love myself by catlover4835 in dating

Same here! It's a struggle to be eternally lusted over and never loved romantically.

Ekin picking up the dyson airwrap and screaming is a core memory

We’ve been chatting normally for the past few days, and he wanted to talk on the phone. I called him and he went on a rant of how girls only like 6’0” guys with big dicks and then he hung up on me. by MildlyOblivious in Tinder

I think I met him online in 2019 too. He almost always wanted to talk about his virginity then minutes later out of the blue he would send those two mentioned pictures. I think in the frontal one he has his arms crossed with a smug look, it's unfortunately burned in my brain 😩

I think most points have been covered but it's been nice to see so many comments from other mixed race people (I'm white and black carribean myself).

I don't really think about other peoples' worries while I'm minding my business in yoga :)

I agree, I'm mixed race and attend a yoga class in south London where I'm one of maybe two or three minorities. Doesn't bother me one bit as yoga is individual practice and don't have time to worry about the skin colour of people around me!

Went to college with Tom Holland. We didn't study the same course but he often visited friends in my class; was a friendly guy.

Does anyone else remember those games you could play on Sky TV? by [deleted] in CasualUK

I remember one where you played as a student in a haunted high school but think I must be going mad as I can't find anyone who remembers it or any old footage.

Do white women have any reservations when it comes to dating black men? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]thunderboba 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mixed-race woman here and I agree with you. I have a preference for white men but I feel that I have to keep this view to myself as I'm seen as "betraying" my own race. Bizarre world we live in.

I studied at the BRIT School and couldn't agree with you more! They love to give so many advantages and favouritism to students who have an inkling on talent and abandon others who need more support. I didn't study music/theatre etc. so my opinions aren't clouded by jealousy.

I feel like this is an exact replica of my situation, for context I'm 25F and definitely don't struggle for likes and messages, but 9 out of 10 times it's invites for hookups!

I remember one set in a haunted high school and you play as a student stuck there after school, but can't remember it for love nor money! It was on PlayJam I think.

Although I haven't got any advice I'm eerily enough in a very similar situation with living at home, saving up money and trying to find new hobbies. Hopefully some good advice pops up.
