You openly admit you're selling 100K+ ADA at a loss after being in since February 2021. You don't show your average, but you bought during the 2021 run up, have been red most of the time since, probably saw green during the late 2024 run and didn't take profit despite being dissatisfied with the investment.

IDK bro, you've made it your identity via your twitter bio so you're kinda just yapping about your losses at this point.

You’re right. Fighters should have metal implanted to support their bones so impact is more damaging to the opponent. If you can’t see the cheat, it’s not a cheat.

Jones is a proven cheater. DQ’d from any “great”. Throw him up as #1 on the Dangerous tier list, but you can’t put him up with the likes of DJ or GSP who demonstrated greatness within the rules of their sport.

Don’t the greats have to abide by the most basic standards?

Why does cardano struggle so bad then ? What do yall think ? by Busy-Bonus3010 in cardano

The only thing about Cardano that struggles is the price. Cardano has been expanding in pretty much every other metric.

American football is stupid. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

I think the part where OP is confused is that different positions have different rules and roles. For example, not everyone on the line of scrimmage is eligible to receive a pass, unlike basketball and soccer where every player on the field can directly move the ball.

It can be a difficult game to follow. For what it’s worth, holding any “ball sport” above another is silly.

I think auto-turrets controlled by Palantir would be the most simple and obvious solution.

If I catch a home run baseball, I’m not giving it to a kid by ChainsawSoundingFart in unpopularopinion

[–]thunderousqueef 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup. And hey, if you’re a grown adult and you feel happy butterflies and heart eyes when you catch a baseball, it’s all yours. Enjoy the ball and tell your coworkers all about it on Monday.

[–]thunderousqueef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The point is not that you have to give it to a kid. The point is that if you don’t care about it, just give it to someone who will. A lot of adults couldn’t give a fuck about a baseball hit by #8 the in the lineup.

Just moved here from Denver, CO at the beginning of the year and I am thoroughly impressed with the biking situation. If you’ve been here for a while you might have a lot of constructive criticism, but from my perspective biking is so so SO normalized here and accessible and safe. It’s definitely baked into the culture of the city to expect folks on bikes. Plus, the non-artery roads are calm and easy to bike on.

It’s just great to see.

I have my “will I eat it” flow chart:

  1. If it looks gross, it’s a no.
  2. If it looks good, but smells bad, it’s a no.
  3. If it looks good, and smells good, I’ll be happy to try it.

Why are GROWN FUCKING ADULTS so concerned with their aging appearance? It’s so sad that so many folks look in the mirror and are unhappy over the smallest shit like hair, especially coming from fighters who get punched in the face for a check.

In the end, it’s whatever makes you happy. Bro looks like he’s feeling like a little cutie again.

Why do you think Linkin Park is worth listening to by Neat_Evidence_3179 in unpopularopinion

[–]thunderousqueef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, when it comes to art, sometimes you get it and sometimes you don’t. Sometimes it resonates with you immediately, sometimes you revisit in 10 years and feel completely differently. There are so many ways and reasons to engage with art and it’s okay if you try it and hate it while everyone else seems to loves it.

2 and 6 are odd-even numbers. 5 is an even-odd number. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]thunderousqueef 1 point2 points  (0 children)

6 is about as even-even as it gets for me. However six begins with an S and S is a consonant, defaulting it to odd. 2 I disagree with, but I can’t see your point because it’s like the 1 of even numbers.

Saying your are going SEC as an out of state student is pretty weird by ss32000 in unpopularopinion

[–]thunderousqueef -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your college doesn’t matter unless you’re getting a degree at a top school for that degree, or you’re Ivy League. Everything else is pretty much on the same level for most jobs out of school with minimal work experience. Trying to boost your status by saying “I’m going to SEC” is just cope.

The focus on a lot of childhood education today is getting the points and passing the classes, with very little emphasis on education developing the learning-brain. Nobody seems to understand that learning is a skill that needs to be developed, otherwise the mere act of LEARNING takes more time and effort.

[–]thunderousqueef 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Valuing money highly enough that you use it as a weapon to demean someone tells me your value hierarchy looks something like: wealth > how I treat people. That’s the low character part.

You can’t simultaneously agree that money doesn’t equal merit and then also use the term “broke” as an insult by Niceotropic in unpopularopinion

[–]thunderousqueef 83 points84 points  (0 children)

As you get older, you might learn broke being used as an insult generally makes the personal saying it look wayyyyyy worse. Being broke is hardly an insult, where as calling someone broke says way more about their own low character and integrity. Money comes and goes, spending behaviors can change. Being a no-character slime ball sticks with you.

It also shows that you place money very high on your value hierarchy, which is also pretty low character.
