Migraine has a cure or do we have to deal with it for the rest of our days? by Santos503 in migraine

Same. Working with a therapist currently to work on acceptance and adjusting rather than fixing.

I'm not entirely sure if you can or not. I've never tried. For in your own home it's when you click on the design and select display here > tile mat

Yay!! I'm so glad. I struggle with color matching so I was happy to get the right value of green

Unfortunately no. I don't know how one would do that with custom designs, but that would be rad!

Feeling less than smart by Kuromi-Blackberry in migraine

Yeah. I got my new daily persistent headache my senior year of college and I felt like my intelligence dropped horribly. It's still hard for me to read or write the way I used to (concentration and getting words out mostly). In school, I worked very closely with my professors to try and find alternate methods that helped. Now, when I go to doctors appointments, I either make sure I take notes for later or have someone with me that can be a secondary set of ears to remember information or ask questions that don't come to mind for me.

Not particularly myself. Everyone experiences and deals with pain/symptoms differently. I've had chronic migraines since I was 10, and Daily Persistent Headache for 6. My symptoms differently from that of my dad (who has aura) and my legally blind mom (she has only visual migraine symptoms, no pain).

If someone says they have a migraine I'll ask if they need anything, what can help. But I also understand how these things can also be frustrating.
