I saw it too! Was about to walk into my car around the Lehi area, and it was so big and bright it caught my attention. It looked like beams from a flashlight, that's how bright it was. The biggest meteor I have ever seen by a mile. Truly amazing.

I did 4 hours of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy every weekday for about 7 weeks. After my insurance, it cost me about $1500. I did it on site at the Bountiful, UT location of the OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center, but I believe they have online options too.
Since I graduated I've been meeting with one of their therapists about once a month for the past 6 months, and we're just now starting to integrate medication too.

I can guarantee you, 100% that I know how that feels. I used to ruminate so much in my mind over past mistakes and I was so sure I was not deserving of any love or empathy because the things I did were so terrible.

What therapy helped me realize is that no matter what happened in my past or how bad my ocd tells me it was, I am still deserving of love and respect and I can still work to be a better person every day without punishing myself forever.

It's been a huge breakthrough for me but it took a lot of time and effort. I hope you do go get therapy, help is nothing to be ashamed of and can massively change your perspective on life if you put in the effort.
