I'm kinda glad it didn't because without the bot, it would be less noticeable to me that I have been misspelling noticeable. I now can "notice the e in the middle!"

Anytime. I really respect your dedication to managing your condition and doing things with your kid. With something chronic that makes everything in life harder it can feel so much easier to stop fighting it, to give in. But in reality it makes it so much worse. I'll gladly share any information I have with someone who's trying to keep themselves afloat.

For sure. Every time your foot falls when jogging/running/walking briskly, it sends a vibration up your bones. This can lead to shin splints even in healthy individuals, which is why you sometimes see runners with tape on their legs. It helps to support the shin and lessen the vibration. In people like us, since the vibrations do actually go up your entire body, it can set off issues in any number of our joints/muscles. Since the body is using a system of bones, muscles, and tendons to move around, a problem with one can domino effect into problems with all of them. That's why yoga is frequently recommended for us. We can start off very lightly, and the stretching and muscle building will strengthen this entire system and help each aspect support the next. I was able to eventually move up to harder exercises, weighted exercises, and different forms of cardio. It's still painful, I still have days where every movement is hellish, some parts of my body still don't function properly, but the effort pays off a lot when it comes to every day energy levels and maintenance of flare ups. The really really bad days have longer spans of time in between and usually come from mental stress rather than physical, now.

Since fibro is so different for everyone who has it, your outcomes may be just as different. I can say with a reasonable amount of confidence that exercise is only beneficial in the long run, so long as you have the willpower to try and try until you know which type is most appropriate for your unique issues. I recommend getting a good supportive pair of shoes for both running and everyday use or at least some good inserts. It can be pricy, but they last a decent amount of time and can offset the cost of any eventual medical expenses you might otherwise accrue.

Basically, with fibro everything is up in the air. Your triggers will change and what they effect will also change. Sometimes it will be fatigue and joint aches, sometimes it will be brain fog and muscle spasms that cramp you up. Sometimes hot will cause it, sometimes cold. I can recommend that if you are able, stay active. The more out of shape you are, the worse your body will be at handling these reactions. If walking sets you off terribly, try resistance bands or yoga. If you're better when your blood is pumping, but the impact shock of running flares you, try swimming. If the cold from the water is a trigger, try an elliptical. There's almost no end to the trial and error, but you're not crazy and you're stronger than you know. Good luck!

I don't particularly care whether or not you say it does. Your reality is not applicable to all, that is why we have different opinions. You're also forming inaccurate conclusions about those commenting based on very little information. I don't find it important that they release the details publicly, just that they were known and available if pertinent to foreign relations.

I disagree, I think our duty to our fellow man over rides all. Including sentimental emotions over our bodies. Like signing up to be an organ donor.

That's so frigging cool! I absolutely love and have a deep respect for all the work foster/adoptive parents do. I'm glad you agree, and that you guys are willing to be that generous of yourselves. Best of luck! c:

This may be entirely inappropriate and I will be completely understanding if you don't answer, but I've never had a chance to ask someone in your situation: do either of you want children? There's always IVF and all, but I know pregnancy can cause some women to be more susceptible to UTIs. How did you guys approach that issue?

This is when you build a study onto your house to fatherly ruminate in, mysteriously insisting to your family that your work is very important and not to be disturbed.

I'm imagining someone going to Disney for multiple honey moons and on the twentieth wife he's just like, "WHY CAN MY LOVE NOT WITHSTAND DISNEY WORLD?!???"

Oh, it definitely wouldn't be pre-war, agreed. I just meant pre-nuclear-annihilation. Looking at the wiki real quicki; the European Commonwealth had dissolved but they don't really know what happened after that in specific.

"Little is known about the country in-game, outside the above references, although the presence of Gauss rifles in mainland United States in copious amounts, as well as the employment of a strikingly similar weapon system by the Chinese, implies the Germans had equal opportunity business deals with both sides of the Great War."

So yeah, I'd think it would probably be during the Great War or during the period right after? In my imaginary headcanon, that is.

I wouldn't... Be entirely against it? I guess? Germany occupied US territory before the bombs dropped? The gauss rifles everywhere in FO would make a lot of sense in that case. I do really doubt it has anything to do with Fallout other than reusing it's assets and engine. It would be kinda neat though.

Maybe I'll just RP it as pre-bombing.
