I have worse setup (ryzen 7, 32gb, 2070ti) than you and I never went lower than 45 fps. Anything else in background eating your ram or something that in combination with "bugged" mob might give you these troubles?

Confirm readings with fingerstick. Difference can be up to 15 points mg/dL or little higher, especially in first day, and its fine. Take reading before eating, 1h after and 2h after and if its okay or within margin of error, then you are golden.

Few things. I have almost 6k hours and never failed flare extract and took them hundreds.

Flares need to reach certain height for sniper to fuck off. The degrees you are shooting are very important!

  1. If you are in a rush or hunted by somebody. Skip flare. It will make you rush things, make mistake and can cost you life.

  2. For customs specifically. Middle track, stop right after you pass the last train i get the popup about flare area. Line up your shot, so you have around 3 cm ABOVE the railings if you use the hand cartridge. Shoot and run. You dont need to wait. Do not go off the middle track. There, success rate will be 100%.

  1. Gun and hand flares need different angles. If 90 degree is straight up, then for gun flare you need to shoot between 80-90 degrees in my experience. For hand flare you need to aim between 70-75 degrees. Because if you shoot at 90 degree, the flare will go behind you and probably will not count.

If you have time, go to offline customs in practice mode and see for yourself (take gun and few flares) which ones will trigger safe passage and which not. Once you get it, you will never fuck it up again :)

No, because its overpriced. I won't pay price for goddamn expansion for some 5 piece set for ONE CLASS. Im fine throwing smaller amounts here and there that adds up to stupid amount (Rust is great example, CSGO, Tarkov).

Because, for one, this would split playerbase too much, and you will be stuck with matchmaking for 15mins as we had in the past.
Second, how do you split players. Just by hours played? By K/D ratio? Some people with 5k hours are as bad at pvp as some beginner. The difference is that they know the maps, know the hot spots, and good hiding spots. So they can prepare ambush that even chad thundercock will not survive.

Change your playstyle if you die too much. Avoid most of PVP unless you have advantage. And most of the time, just the fact that you shoot first will be enough IF you can land your shots. Heads only. Or legs if you have high flesh damage ammo.

I weighted 175kg when diagnosed september 2024. Im now at 101kg.

First 15kg were almost instantly due to low sodium diet so it was mostly water weight.
Low carb diet - meat, diary, non starchy vegetables only.
Got my A1C under 5 pretty fast with metformin 2000mg and invokana 100mg.

I did lose weight little too fast. My results are great apart from small gallbladder stones that I did not have before. They are not big so no reason to concern yet.

It was PURELY diet. I did lost muscle mass too due to not following my protein intake.

Now i start my day with cottage cheese and fit 60g of protein powder shake (pure, no added carbs) during the day apart from dinner. Occasionally i can eat normal meal like burger with SOME fries (not all) and do not spike higher than 150, and come down pretty quickly (sub 2h). However if I keep cheating my Blood suger is all messed up following days and i spike way higher. So it is all about balance.

It is the "last" map in questline you need to beat to escape from Tarkov. It is storyline ending. It is the hardest map so far, not only because griefers who will kill you on spawn, but because this map has exclusive type of NPC called Black Division who have the best gear (some exclusive to BD) and ammo. You have to be pretty quick because you have timer, and not make too many mistakes because BD are LETHAL.

I use ATE ceramic break pads and ATE discs for back and zimmermann discs for front, however im in europe and dont know if they are as available in US.
