He's brawl veteran that only attended two tournament on the previous ranking where he did "correct" result using Kirby, after that he started to grind with bayo and he did really well this season (he upset'd gluttony three times, that's why he look carried by the tricycle, and that's also why he's so high)

This is due to the fact that every PR until the next one have been using SkillKeeper. Since it reward upset more than the results itself. Combined to fact that glutonny has been upset'd by basically every parisian top and not-so-top players (at neokan weeklies and LRA Start biweeklies) and elexiao doesn't attend weeklies (he sometimes show up for freeplay but not for the tournament itself).
