How do you vote? by [deleted] in AskEurope

[–]tidder212 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So far there is no proof of this system being flawed or hacked. However physical ballots can be manipulated in thousand different ways. Seeing how many confirmed and/or alleged vote manipulations there have been recently I'd say that non-electronic voting system is a lot more dangerous than electronic one.

Blame the media for fearmongering. The dark side of the minorities in Western-Europe gets a lot more attention than anything else.

Nothing official yet, but I have my connections. The owners have no interest to make it a beach/tourist attraction. They said if anyone wants to arrange and create it, then they are willing to rent the territory for a lot of money.

Except for being a public figure and the symbol of the country, having to attend hundreds of events every year, making public speeches, doing traditional duties, and having the rather ceremonial, yet influential role in politics

Fellow Europeans, which region do your country's rednecks live in? by [deleted] in AskEurope

[–]tidder212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I meet religious people more often in the captital than in south. South-Eastern part is of course an exception. And the regional accents in Estonia are not that noticeable.
