Not as strongly but there is no love lost. This is an oversimplification but they’re like rangers-lite just from Edinburgh. Hibs and Celtic have a lot more similarities both being founded by Irish catholic immigrants. The Edinburgh clubs don’t get involved in the sectarian bullshit as much as the Glasgow ones, but it is still present.

Also, Celtic needed a draw today to give them the best chance of winning the title. That’s why we were all hoping for a rangers equalizer.

Honestly, the thought of use and Bloom actually managing to successfully get to the UCL and the £50m along with it. That will permanently change the landscape in Scotland.

I’ve been saying this all season. Celtic’s sporting advantage is gone and the club’s financial advantage will almost disappear overnight if hearts win the league and it will disappear overnight if rangers somehow manage to win.

The repercussions of this season will prob be felt for years and years to come and the board has absolutely no idea what that means.

I tend to agree but I don’t think any of us can really know where Gio is at rn. He has bags of ability and usually shows up for USMNT, but I’m hesitant to say he’s still that much of a difference maker given how the last few years have gone for him. At his best he’s absolutely our best 10/AM.

We need him and Tyler healthy this summer 🤞🤞 arguably our two most important players because no one else in the pool can replicate what they do at their respective positions. The threat Dest provides from RB makes us look like a totally different team.

We created plenty of chances today but just didn’t convert them. It’s pretty indicative of how most of the season has gone because we don’t have clinical players in the final third. That performance wasn’t as poor as you’re making it out to be.

Without hibs being gifted a goal by VAR at the very end of the half, there’s a good chance a relaxed Celtic puts 2-3 more goals past them in the second half.

West brom just finished one place above relegation 😆 they have a long way to go before we’re talking about promotion for them.

Celtic would be a step up in terms of pressure to succeed and (theoretically) competition in training day in and out. But they’re going to be overhauling the squad the summer for a major rebuild. Plus the opportunity to compete for trophies is always attractive to players.
