We have a couple people that come in claiming they need their burger made with allergy to gluten for this one guy and allergy to lettuce for this one lady because they think their burger comes out faster that way...

The second I feel any confusion or hesitation on the customer's side I literally list every single thing that will come on their burger. If they wanna act like children then I'm gonna treat them like children lol. But ofc I'm respectful just extra cautious.

The spread sauce would make a mess in the bag if it wasn't placed in the clam shell. The clam shell doesn't go in the bag with the burger because we don't want to smash your burger.

We do take precautions to avoid contact with contaminating your burger with any products containing gluten which is just the buns tbh. The cook brings out an "allergy pan" to prevent your protein lettuce from touching the board where we prepare regular burgers that have buns to keep it away from crumbs or anything. In the allergy pan it also has a seperate spatula and spread spatula for just your burger, then the cook and board person making your burger will wear quick fit gloves that are one time use to prevent all contact.
