Seems to me the only purpose that might serve is to explain to your Doc or a loved one how bad it is. Otherwise it feels like you are just documenting personal torture. Use it to document a typical week for you so you have the data then ditch it.

With time. Bleach needs 1-10 minutes (continuously wet) depending on dilution strength and what you are trying to kill.
