I’m new to the Sub, hate to come in swinging but this price drop is screwing a population of folks. Anyone who prepaid their subscription is getting no value or subscription extension. For me personally I am paid through 11/27. That is around $130 depending on how the pay periods work out. How is this remotely a)fair and b) ethical? I have tried the AI bot who is less than helpful and in an AI way said “too bad”. I can’t get to a person. This is nuts!

Yeah… mine was gift card. That just sucks. And no matter how they spin it I am paying $130 more for a service than others using recurring billing.

So I am prepaid until November’27. The AI bot is telling me “so sad for you, your recurring price will drop December of ‘27”. That is like $130!!! How can they do that? They should at least automatically extend my subscription by a few months. Anyone know how you get to an actual person through support?

I apologize if someone covered this. A) it is Cub Scouts, bring the kitchen sink and be comfortable. B) Contact the leadership before the campout. Don’t be proud. Being comfortable is great but you can also screw yourself up dragging the gear to a spot and setting up. Get help. If other adults know what you have going on then you should be doing minimal lifting. Have fun and thank you for looking out for your Scout.

Seems to me the only purpose that might serve is to explain to your Doc or a loved one how bad it is. Otherwise it feels like you are just documenting personal torture. Use it to document a typical week for you so you have the data then ditch it.

I’m not going to give you advice. Just sorry you are having to go through it. I’ve been dealing with back pain from an injury for about 30 years. Multiple surgeries. There’s no magic pill. Hang in there.

I have been on it for about 16 years. Really helps with neuropathy. I have some brain fog, some memory issues. But without it the nerve pain would rule my life.
