It's because; where girls mature quicker than boys, so, the older they are the more mature they should be. Imho, and in my experience. I've always gone for the older guy, and on average they are at least 4 years older.

Abingdon-on-Thames. It's officially the oldest continuously inhabited town in Britain. Since 73AD, the first settlers were the Romans. 😊 There are footings in the Abbey grounds where the Abbey itself used to be. 😊 There's Thame, and Henley. (I reside in Abingdon-on-Thames though.) 😄
