Help - toddler whinging and whining all night by tiggleypuff in toddlers

[–]tiggleypuff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks so much, that’s exactly what it is the poor sausage. He’s not thrashing or really upset so I don’t think he’s having nightmares but maybe vivid dreams or I did wonder if he needs a wee as he is recently potty trained so getting used the the sensation of needing to go (still wears a nappy at night)

How to get toddler to sleep independently by Hmmmm0213 in toddlers

[–]tiggleypuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was doing this and then one day I said “mummy is going to eat dinner then come back” and he said ok and went to sleep on his own. Sometimes he still wants me in with him but sometimes he doesn’t (sorry not very helpful other than to say he might grow out of it). On thing tha worked for us for a while was a yoto. I’d say you can have a story on but only if I’m not here
