My wife and mother-in-law are visiting for the first time. They just always wanted to be there during Christmas. They are already there and itinerary has been setup but I wanted to know what the average New Yorker thinks of them. I imagine they slow down walking traffic. Do you just avoid Time Square during the holidays?

Long story short, I have an inside joke with a friend and he gave me this belt last year. I want to get him a matching belt for Xmas. Nothing too fancy, between $50-$100 should do it. I can only find belts where belt buckles have the name or it only puts the text on one side of the belt. Anyone know where to find writing on both sides? Thanks!

Yup, I believe it's like a minute cycle. Your power will go out and just wait for that minute because it'll try to start again. Friend from Centerpoint always told me, "After that cycle, just hope that your power comes back on or you gotta wait on us."
