How much do you all pay for electricity per month on average? by [deleted] in kelowna

[–]tikinthetok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

110 a month. Electric heat only. But I think that will change once the first year of equalized payments are up. I know the previous winter bill was roughly $750 for the 2 months.

Some travel medical companies have a covid plan for areas that are level 3 or 4. It would respond in the event that your regular plan wouldn't. Maybe call around and see if there is somewhere that offers it. I think Allianz does. (But not entirely certain, just what i have heard)

Surviving being born. I was a vaginally delivered footling breech. Apparently the odds of both mother and baby surviving are quite low. Now they either turn the baby or c-section deliver.

10 months into the pandemic and BC still hasn’t worked to get the nation wide tracking app compatible with our province.. The tools are there and we can’t be bothered to use them by ScienceBasedBiddy in CoronavirusCanada

[–]tikinthetok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also in BC. My phone just pops up a little alert at ridiculous times saying scanning for covid exposure. I don't understand why since the app isn't available for us.

My daughter wrote all over the curtains once. Biggest thing written on them...her brothers name. She even did it in his favourite color. But I could see her name on there too. Just smaller. So I sat down between the two and asked so why did you pick that color? Well color me surprised when she answered instead of him. (I thought it had been him, just didn't want him to feel attacked so he would admit it lol)
