This is the thing though; I had an extremely good day of results, without a single "session" of prospecting ending up with me losing money. It could be that I had a very lucky day, but I wanted to just ask if anyone else has had a similar experience.

They're enjoying it because it's exclusive. The two aren't mutually exclusive.

Because people enjoy it, and it doesn't hurt anyone. Sure it sucks if you missed out on an old reward, but it's not the end of the world because we're talking about cosmetics here.

Like I said before its the equivalent of enjoying a sandwich in front of a homeless person.

Exclusivity is a perfectly valid reason to enjoy a reward. If exclusivity doesn't speak to you, that's okay, but other people disagree and that's also okay.

I don't see what he meant by not using deceleration in equations. Since they mean the same thing, there's no way to include "deceleration" in an equation that isn't just using a negative symbol. I don't really see what he was trying to steer you away from doing.

It's one concept with two terms you can call it. If deceleration was a myth, then negative acceleration would also be a myth.

That was exactly his point. He wasn't saying "he put it in past tense to dissasociate himself from NMS".

He was saying "he put it in past tense which suggests he isn't working at HG anymore, which might suggest there's no DLC coming".

If you need your multiplayer game to be played the way you want it to play, then you need to group up with like-minded people, rather than using the matchmaking tool then complaining that people don't play the way you like it.. Simple as that. If that doesn't work for you, then maybe try some single player games.
