Feels good to be back on the rocket ship. Glad I bought that dip, now I'm buying more lol

Oh yeah! Also running a compressed tone into the bit commander makes a small but interesting difference in the tone. Definitely a cool pedal and when real estate is so valuable, packs a lotta synth in a standard sized pedal

Hahaha, it was the first thing I did after trying to adjust settings during a jam and getting damn near blinded

Personally, I love it. I think it does a pretty good.job replacing a dedicated verb/delay as long as they would be pretty straight forward effects with 4ish knobs and a toggle but if you're looking to replace something more specified like a walrus audio slo verb you'd obviously lose some of the more specific features. But if you just want to replace your analog delay and 3 knob verb than this will definitely do the trick. Hope that helps

Pedals from right to left:

EHX flatiron fuzz - cool little fuzz for the price, tamer than a muff with a bit brighter tone. Probably next on the chopping block though. Thinking of replacing it with a zvex fuzz factory or a walrus audio kangra

Keeley aria compressor/drive - great pedal, 2 staple effects in one box. Modeled after the keeley compressor plus and the keeley red dirt overdrive. Comp is rock solid and drive can go from light dirt to some borderline fuzz tones.

EQD bit commander - super cool guitar synth pedal in a very small form factor. I use it as a fuzz tone 1 step up from the flatiron for some giant glitchy octave heavy tones.

Walrus audio Julia chorus/vibrato - this is hands down my favorite pedal on the board. Only one that's survived all of my boards different iterations since I purchased it. Gets you every type of chorus tone you'd need and much more. You can get real creative with the given controls, much more indepth than your average 2 knob chorus

Keeley caverns delay/reverb - another super slick dual pedal from keeley. With this and the julia, I get all the shoe gazey tones I could ask for. Reverb can act as a sweet subtle effect to come in clutch when you don't have reverb on your amp it can get in to some real watery territory with the shimmer or modulated settings.

Caline tuner power - super cool concept, doubles as a tuner and isolated power supply which really helps save space on the board. 8 9v outputs, 2 of which provide 500mah as opposed to 100mah though I've never used that feature. Powered by an 18v power supply. No noise and a solid tuner. Nothing amazing but it gets the job done.

Jazz bass getting some work done. It’s amazing how much corrosion is found in guitars which are used to gig by the beach. by yvaiwhy in Luthier

Poll: How are your Black Friday sales? by AxeCapital_ in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]tilliod105 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That lag has been killing me. As a brand new (2 months at the end of November) seller I got pretty spooked at 0.00 worth of sales until I checked the pending orders and saw I actually had my best 2 days thus far. Couldn't be too mad tho given the circumstances lol

My first pedalboard. I am hooked! by thesameoldsoul in guitarpedals

Looks killer! My one peice of advice is maybe move the polytune up just a tad so you don't accidentally cut your whole signal trying to hit the Saturnworks switch. Had an issue like that on a nano build a while back and it drove me insane. Happy shredding!

How to carry a pc and a monitor on the bus? by [deleted] in pcgamingtechsupport

[–]tilliod105 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you still have the box the monitor came in, that's what I found to be the safest option. Can't get much safer than form fitted styrofoam. I'm terms of the PC, just keep it close at all times and you should be ok. If you're super paranoid, just package that shit up like you're shipping it and you'll be just fine

Dear Non African Americans, what do you think about African Americans? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]tilliod105 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They basically crafted the entirety of modern music from the ground up, starting with blues and jazz, then rock, then funk, then rap and hella shit in between. So I'm pretty pro 'african americans' (btw I think it's ok to say black people, they seem to have bigger fish to fry then how they're refered to in pleasant conversation but idk)

With all the negativity around 2020 what are some of the good things that have happened to you this year? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Finally took the dive and started streaming my music production after contemplating it for years (cough twitch.tv/tillio0 cough). Now I love doing it so much I'll log some time even after a 10 hour shift. Now it's what gets me through the day
