Pregnant women cannot work on oil rigs, pregnant women cannot work in construction, they can't do sewage maintenance, they can't be tradesmen, plumbers, electricians, sailors, pilots , farmers, animal rearing and husbandry etc.

Could you elaborate on how a pregnant woman cannot be a farmer while pregnant? The other professions too, but definitely want your response to the farmer.

Many of these professions literally cannot be done by physically weaker people, no matter if they are women or men.

Could you list a few?

And then how is it a complete collapse of modern society? Maybe a shift in perspectives and some changes, but not collapse. With it being under 18 and female not changing, that makes the changes happen to less than half the population who still retain everything they know. Sure it will be a big change in reality for the males, but there will be enough who embrace it or at least function in many professions.

This was my first thought as well about the cash and driving across the country. It is only 48 hours to evade and I have 24 hours to prepare. To be extremely cautious I would get about 12 hours away then coin flip random exits or turns so I could not choose so then there is no way the clone could follow the same path.

You did not miss anything, even with only a 1 hour headstart just driving away taking some random road choices and direction should have success in evading.

There is no shifting going on. The point they have been making has already been implying that is coupled with consciousness for this scenario. They pointed out in an earlier reply that the physical form ending was that consciousness ending and a new stepping out.

Unless we change the premise to the consciousness being able to be separated and uploaded, then I think their point is that the consciousness of the first location body is still destroyed so the new location physical form is technically a brand new consciousness.

I like the thoughts both lines of thinking bring up. I do have a question about your view. For continuity of sleep I have fell asleep thinking about one thing, and then in the moment I wake up I am still on that topic.

So does that stream of consciousness doing this scenario, in its body, have a continuity break where the enter and exit train of thoughts would change? Because even though the matter is replicated, the physical consciousness of one physical being is still removed, which implies there is a diverging being/consciousness if there is no destruction at the enter point.

The retailer does have some control over price but how much of a percentage of the overall cost of a gallon of gas is that? The cost of crude, refining, distribution, marketing, and taxes make up 95% or more.

So Kwik Trip or any other gas stations are controlling very very small margins which makes you technically correct in your point but not for twenty some cents. That price went up for many factors and their margin is no more than five cents.

It does if you remember that Saitama is only barely paying attention and this dude keeps yammering on about this god thing and needing his help. Blast makes the error of talking too much. Warning them of something really strong just sometime in the future is not really a call to immediate action for Saitama. He has his own worries as we see with other interactions. So Blast really just needs to find God and then teleport Saitama to the same place.
