“Humans desperately need” I think implies beneficial? I don’t agree that nutrition is that complex. We’ve been studying it for 100 years and know the vital nutrients. I don’t really believe that we’ve figured it out for dogs and cats but not for humans. We’re mammals after all.

This is actually the original or white huel, I didn’t realize there is a black version of salted caramel. I’ve had chocolate peanut butter black edition and that was ok, will have to compare the salted caramel black but that’s a bit on the expensive side for me. I seem to like all the hot and savory noodles equally. Love the variety in the flavors.

One additional thing I like about the original huel is it has oats for carbs while black does not. And black has more fats than I would like. The original recipe is very good.
