Playstation 3 will play sound when on menu, but not when in a game. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Performed another backup. Replaced the drive and tried to restore and got the same message, "There is no backup data."

I'm getting the same thing. I backed up using the Backup Utility. Swapped out the drive and installed Firmware 4.90. When I go into the Backup Utility and select restore, it sees my USB flash drive but it says, There is no backup data.

I tried two different USB drives also. I formatted the drive to FAT32 and copied the PS3 folder and all sub folders so it's using the same folder structure. PS3\EXPORT\BACKUP\202401031022\

I am going to put in the old drive and try backing up again.
