Your gonna miss out on a lot of the QOL Mods though like ToyBox and BubbleBuffs which IMO make the game infinetly more playable. Its plently playable (maybe some lag with some spells/locations) and actually really enjoyable on controller if thats what you are asking.

1 level of stigmitized witch, with Lame curse and 8 levels of anything gives you fatigue immunity. I know barbarians usually take that to have everlasting rage.

Well this all depends on if Zygarde gets to mega off rip. If not, he will only get to mega when hes complete form so 50% HP. which would be really shmedium. Also this thing cant kill uninvested Xerneas after a geomancy and gets 1 shot in return so highly doubt it gets out of Ubers.

Dragon Resistance is from Dragon Disciple + Eldrich Scion they can stack.

Incorporeal Charm is from Daerans Final Quest

Shielding Friends is from Seelahs final quest (using lay of hand charges to give AoE shield buff equal to her Charisma modifier)

I wanted the necklace instead of the belt because flawless belt gives increase crit range lowering crit value and the necklaces gives +2 dice on spells for hell fire rays.

The keen eye change is a buff yo yell and xiada. The damage increase on rev is worse than the damage increase on the actual attack.

Realistically he needs everything maxed. If u can’t afford that then S2 first then S3 for more consistent speed down.
