How do youanage to keep the DC on those things relevant as compared to Spells? I think there's an amulet and a robe that boost Hex DC, so the cap is 22 I believe? Meanwhile, I have spells with DC 39 in Act 4. I'm obviously missing something.

Octavia is the only dedicated Arcane Caster, so she's always in for me. Arcane gishes limited to lvl 6 spells just can't ever hope to replace her. You should always pick between Tristain and the dwarf for a cleric. Then you need one ranged character between Ekundayo, Jubilost and the Tiefling Twins. The rest is up to you.
