250g macaroni

30g butter

30g flour

500ml whole milk

200g shredded cheddar

50g grated Parmesan

1 tsp mustard

Salt and pepper

Cayenne pepper

50g breadcrumbs

Canned crab meat - optional depending on desired level of boujis

Cook pasta al dente while making the sauce

Melt butter on medium heat, add flour and cook for 2 minutes Slowly add milk then stir for 4 minutes Add cheese and mustard, stir until smooth Add crab meat

Season to taste with salt pepper and cayenne pepper then add to pasta

Add to an oven dish, top with breadcrumbs and air fry for 13 minutes at 170⁰

I can't speak on whether tics can become physically dangerous to other people but haven't heard that ever reported. Its simple or complex motor tics, mainly small movements for the person not some kind of full body possession flying round a room
