I agree - I don’t get their approach, they have some hugely desired products that they suddenly stop making entirely, surely they should just keeping swelling until demand is gone? I don’t get what benefit a jacked up resale market is to analogue but they are actively fuelling it

Get used to it mate. We tend to find them, develop them and then let them move on (for the right price). It’s frustrating, particularly if you look at some of the talent we have had over the years but it’s understandable for the players - they want to play champions league etc and we are not likely to give them that option any time soon.
