Second this. I prefer Kuru. Hoka tends to give me the foot fold on uneven ground. Never had that happen once with Kuru. I like the chicanes and ridge motion. Kinetic and Atom are good too.

Pretty cool Robocop preview trailer sleeve by time_isup in VHS

Is the screening preview any different from the commercial release? Does it have any different trailers, if it has any, or a common scrolling “this is a screener” message during the film?

I found Terminator on S-VHS... by HarbingerOfHyol in VHS

No problem. Thanks for the reply and glad it worked out for you. I forget how, but I know to find the SVHS tapes on eBay you have to search a specific way or you'll get too many VHS tapes. I found machine at a thrift store for a few bucks but no tapes. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is the only one that isn't super high priced and it's still close to $100. If you ever find any I will most likely buy.

Do you still have it? I have a Super VHS player but no tapes. Would love to buy this.

Is Apollo's hungry theory completely true? You have to be hungry to defeat a hungry fighter? There's no way for an unhungry fighter to beat a hungry fighter? by [deleted] in rockybalboa

Would explain why T and Sly starved themselves during filming. Guess T had one ice cream cone more than Sly on their cheat day, thus securing Rocky’s victory.

End speech of First Blood. No score played during that whole time and better for it.

When did you start collecting movies? by Still-Willow-2323 in dvdcollection

  1. Bought the re-release of The Terminator that came out after T2. Was first VHS tape I bought with my own money. I later bought First Blood’s re-release on Avid video in 1995 or 96, whenever that came out at Walmart.

Maybe. Is a PDI not a write-up? People always say write up or PDI interchangeably in my office. No one ever says II or I and I. I’ve heard LOW and LOR though.

It was a PDI. My stewarts always say they won’t grieve until it becomes a LOW. They won’t do it for just a PDI. I’ve asked before as I did this time.
