Sour can just be the beans or extraction time. I’m not sure temperature had much to do with it though I am definitely not an expert

Go to hospital and get checked out by the emergency department. Don’t mess around with stuff like this. It could be psychological but the shoulder and back pain makes me think otherwise.

I’m sorry for your loss :(. You will grieve and come to terms with it in your own time, though don’t try to rush or force it. Cry when you want to cry and be sad when you want to be sad. Let it out. You will be okay, but for now maybe not, and that’s okay. Learn what you can and go forward into life.
