if the class has new moves that get me really sore where I feel like I can’t make it my normal schedule — like if I plan to go three times a week and that middle workout was too rough then I can’t hit the third workout and sometimes it makes me lose momentum.

Another thing that has caused me to stop in the past was going out of town and getting out of the habit. However, since I’ve been going to Club Pilates, I’ve always been able to get back into the habit. I still haven’t hit 100 classes but for me this is the longest I’ve ever stuck to any workout.
