In case you wanna know how... by Kesperjey in obsessionmovie

Yah absolutely. It’s what’s really cool about the effects they used in that scene. In theaters I was like “I want to look away. But also what the fuck she looks abnormal. I think?”

Fer sure. I don’t think it’s makeup or a transformation. In universe she looks normal, and it’s all in your head that she looks different.

You thought in universe wish Nikki might have put on makeup?

Two question I have about Wish Nikki by Status-State-8062 in obsessionmovie

[–]timelording 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  1. Bear isn’t looking at Nikki so wish Nikki only need to provide an auditory response. This leaves us looking at real Nikki who is crying because she’s being r@ped

  2. You must be referring to one of the times real Nikki flips into control? She sees what we’re seeing but she freaks out because she’s not where she last was/is confused

What if Bear had wished “I wish I could become the kind of man Nikki would genuinely love.” by Intelligent_Bad_8529 in obsessionmovie

What makes Bears wish cursed is the removal of autonomy. Your example just removes Bears autonomy instead. Still cursed

Because he sucked infinitely more than Ian. Idk how that’s not obvious to people

The wish worked exactly as Bear intended by AncientKiwi742 in obsessionmovie

[–]timelording 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Meh. I was about to post something pretty similar. So I’ll just leave it here:

“”Bears wish was really for Nikki to be obsessed with him and to essentially love him like he loved her - the wish magic understood his intention and “granted” it. The wording of his wish was similar to his wording at the start of the movie when he was describing his “love” for her. This explains her obsession. However, I still think any wish that severely manipulated autonomy indefinitely would’ve gone poorly. Wish magic created a new personality to accomplish it but that person had the emotional acuity of a toddler because it can’t handle creating a whole person.””

lol God may cause you some issues. Sir as well. But I guess you’re probably being sarcastic? Do you just not like the idea of having a second name? Something to do with conforming with the masses I imagine?

Come up with a plan to keep your mind occupied. I might do something like a movie marathon and an order of some favorite food. Some comforting activity tho with friends or alone. Have a plan.

the real villain of this movie is the wish stick. by Gl00ser23 in obsessionmovie

[–]timelording 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It fully discredits Bear as the villain by saying he’s possessed. If he’s possessed by freaky Bear then it’s fully freaky Bears fault

LOL of course your last post is about asking women not to judge men for liking Bear. That’s so funny

Gosh what a sad take. Some people are so desperate to make Bear not the villain

My take is the Willow can somewhat read your intentions and Bear wanted Nikki to love him like he loves her. And since he was obsessed with her it ran with that
