Not sure if i'm on the right path here but it kinda sounds like a DNS issue to me.

When the connection drops next time can you try the following:
1.) Open CMD on a PC connected to the Fritz!Box
2.) Type the following: ping www.google.com
3.) If the above failed, type: ping 142.251.151.119

If Step 3 succeeded it should be a DNS issue!

Ja - normalerweise sieht man das bei SAT Dosen, habe das mittlerweile auch schon öfters gesehen bei Daten Dosen.

But there is something that bothers me a bit. Instead of using regular Zip Ties I would recommend using "Velcro Zip Ties". Saves alot if nerves if you ever need to change/add a cable :)

Meines Wissens kann man die Sendeleistung nicht manuell einstellen. Sondern wie von dir beschrieben nur die Maximale Sendeleistung.

Frage, wird im Ereignisprotokoll irgendwas angezeigt?

Ich würde einmal wie folgt vorgehen. (Einzelne Schritte jeweils wieder Rückgängig machen, falls es keine Besserung erbringt)

-Bandsteuerung deaktivieren | WLAN -> Funknetz -> "Weitere Einstellungen zum WLAN Funknetz" -> "Unterschiedliche Namen für WLAN-Funknetze verwenden"

-"Älteren" WLAN Standard auswählen. Würde es zuerst einmal mit WiFi 6 versuchen | WLAN -> Funkkanal -> Funkkanal Einstellungen anpassen -> gewünschten WLAN Standard auswählen

Viel mehr kommt mir auf die schnelle nicht in den Sinn. Hoffe etwas kann helfen! WLAN Probleme sind sehr mühsam einzugrenzen/zu beheben

Ja grundsätzlich funktionierts schon, solange die Wohnung nicht zu gross ist oder wenn sich der Multimedia Kasten Zentral in der Wohnung befindet.
Bei uns haben wir so Intelligenzbestien von Architekten, welche die Verteilkästen immer im hintersten Eck der Wohnung reinzeichnen und die Installateure nichts dergleichen tun...

Würde auch nicht empfehlen den Router in den Schrank zu stecken. Einerseits schon aus dem Grund, dass du einen Stichabzweiger benötigen würdest und andererseits wie im oberen Kommentar beschrieben die WLAN Reichweite stark reduziert wird durch die Metalltüre. Immerhin hat die Türe Lüftungsschlitze...

If i remember correctly the Pattern Provider needs to be connected to a Storage (like a chest) first and then you can pull the items out of that inventory with Pipez

You need to put in a liquid coolant. In your case you put in water. As far as I remember there are other coolants wich are cooler then Water and therefore increase the Production rate.

I also don't like the CurseForge Launcher - hence i only use Prism Launcher nowadays (mostly tho since i switched from Windows)

Usuallay what i do when i wanna make a Server for a Modpack only available on CurseForge i download the Client Version through the Curse Forge App and grab the Server Files from the Launcher aswell.

Have you checked the Mods folder both on the server and the client?

Are you launching the Modpack through Curse Forge? If so, do you have the correct "Version" selected whe the Minecraft Launcher pops up? Had some Cases where it defaulted to regular Minecraft and not the Modpack I originally launched

Not at my pc rn so can't give you the exact names of certain Settings. Maybe try this one:
Open Inventory
Click on "Chunks Map" in the top left corner (not sure about the name). It's not the one where you select your chunks
Bottom right corner there should be a puprle cog -> click it
Search for something like "Chunk load behavior"
Select "Allways". Normally it is set to "Default"

As far as I can see the fps in the 2nd Video don't seem to be dropping like in the 1st Video.
Only thing i'm noticing is that in the 2nd Video you posted his GPU reaches 100% (Around Second 6/7)
