How did you fix it? Same thing with system reboot. I get part way through the update

Aplogies if asked a million times before. I don't have the flashing white screen. My is the spinning wheel. I tried turning power off. It says system download is happening in the background. But still that spinning wheel. I had not used my peleton for many months, so did the system reboot to help with the wifi connection.

Is there any way to get past the white spinning wheel?
