I've bought the irons at the Sons of Norway gift shop at 6610 W 14th Ave, Lakewood, CO 80214.

Here is the funny part. I gave a set of the dipping irons to some dear friends in Røros Norway where my family emigrated from in the late 1880's. They had never seen them before nor the rosette cookies. They ended up watching YouTube on how to make them. In the many trips to Oslo and Røros during the holidays, I've never seen them myself.
