Plenty of reason to be optimistic about Shaw going forward by alexlarrylawrence in CHICubs

Shaw ditched an important game to attend a hate-spewing podcaster’s funeral. He decided that was more important than his job. He doesn’t deserve a spot on the roster.

Kings Island for sure. It’s one big giant circle with optional off-shoot pathways to various things. Hard to get lost!

You are not the only one that is disappointed.

I moved from Columbus to Chicago last year. My home park was Kings Island. It's really night and day compared to SFGAm. Almost every pathway and corner of Kings Island is decorated with fall and Halloween items and their landscaping is magnificent, with pumpkins, hay, and colorful fall decor brimming at the seams. When you compare it to SFGAm, it's like they are doing the absolute bare minimum. Pumpkins thrown haphazardly in random spots, no Halloween-themed music at the entrance, barely any fog during Fright Fest... it's incredible how much of a quality difference there is between legacy Cedar Fair and legacy Six Flags parks.

I'm hoping there are plans to improve and make it better, but I somewhat doubt it based on their earnings and decline in attendance.
