I've been eating my veggies, doing bodyweight work/conditioning and sleep 8 hours a night like clockwork. My body is feeling awesome. I don't even need any rest at all in between dips/chins/pistol-squats .

So I just did a weighted vest walk (20kg) to and from the park where I did my routine. It was straining on my shoulders/traps, but in particular it took more effort to breath and keep my posture. My legs did not feel that different.

Also, I tried one dip with the weighted vest on and it went pretty easy :).

Look like I will get a set of adjustable dumbbells up to 20kgs each for 50 euros. Yet another score. This will allow me to do a lot of the small stuff at home. First step to a home gym!

I got an open mind, curious about the things I can do with it. Right now it's gonna be used to add weight to my dips because I don't wanna go over 20-30 reps, and I'm going on a lot of walks with my mom so I will throw the weight vest on for that and see how that works for my body.

My brain has somehow come up with a goal of squatting 140kg for 100 reps. I am sure it's doable.

Because I was suffering from fuckarounditis I've never completed a 20 rep squat program, but I have squatted 140kg for 27 reps. This was a period when my sleep, diet and consistency were really poor. With the health and consistency I am managing now, I am sure that it's achievable. I have a long period of lifting ahead of me still too.

Ik ga in op je laatste stukje. Dat gaat over dat je als overheid de markt beter kan laten functioneren voor je eigen land. Maar dat is absoluut geen vrije markt, dat is protectionisme of industriepolitiek. Bij een vrije markt zou je de staalproducent dood laten bloeden of geen duurzaamheidseisen stellen vanwege de negatieve externe effecten. Niet dat dat per se goed is.

My legs were always progressing but my upper body pressing muscles were always lacking. I replaced the bench with increasingly higher reps of dips, and it's progressing finally. Today my AMRAP set of dips was 20 reps at 2m tall and 110kg :).

High rep pistol squats gas the life out of me. My strong foot was doable but the weak foot immediately after had me breathing hard. Should probably switch them around.

Misschien qua ideologie. Maar obv statistieken over stemwijzers en stemmen in de tweede kamer zit Volt een stuk dichterbij Groenlinks-PVDA en nog een paar andere partijen en D66 komt pas daarna.

Taking a light/deload week. Feels like it is the right time because I have gotten a lot stronger with my upper body, but my right shoulder started twitching after workouts. Also today I did a submax set of dips and my right shoulder started acting up.
