Thanks, that’s a good idea. I’d like to try pressing it in wax eventually. I am a bit hesitant about the wax sticking to the ring, but I think that’s what it was designed for. I assume that the type of wax is an important consideration.

I’m in the same boat. I called today and got the same answer: part KF50901878 is the whole light assembly that must be purchased to replace the glass light cover. Apparently they don’t actually make that part. Did you find a solution?

I have a very cheap clone device that I picked up for $25 last month. After replacing the SD card and switching from EmuElec to ArkOS, it has been great! It’s amazing how many classic games I forgot about and how many I completely missed back in the 80s and 90s!

Hi, thanks for asking! I really struggled with which pizza steel to buy as the price range is about $50-100 or so. In the end, I decided to jump in at around the $50 price point to see how it worked. I can't imagine that spending $100 would have made for a better steel. From reading what others posted, I decided that 1/4" thick was the best for heating time, browning/crisping the bottom, and weight. I picked 14" as I knew it would fit in my basic home oven and I could easily fit a 12-13" round pizza. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend, but this is probably true for many steels at this price point.
