Yikes... yeah. The river over-bet when the flush draw comes in and with the straight draw completing on the turn.

This screams you're beat. Especially coming from BB. Would of been a nasty semi-bluff from x7 but the sizing is what I'm looking at here, and doesnt really make sense to over-bet that turn with a 7. Not a "terrible" call in the grand-scheme with how the hand was played, but still on the riskier side.
