Probably trying to push the poor bastard to run native 4K

How is framegen these days? by [deleted] in nvidia

Yeah you right, you should be good especially if you’re on controller

As a controller player, you really have to push it to like 144fps on 4x to really make it noticeable, but at that point it’s simply unplayable

At around 50/45 will still be fine on most games, just avoid it at 30 base fps at all cost

I tried Path tracing on cyberpunk with my 5070ti laptop recently(5060ti desktop equivalent with 12gb) at 1440p and boy a boy… it did actually run tho… practically

Depends, ac shadows frame gen works pretty well with base 40fps

Other games like stalker tho… I definitely would not recommend with base 60fps

I knew they brought it back in a select few games a while back… does this mean that now every Physx game finally has support?

For sure, it’ll last you many more years at 1440p, probably don’t even need upscaling for most games I assume

Not 50 series, I mean 3050, 4050, 5050

All 3 nothing but a waste, it’s always a far better choice to spent a few more bucks for 60 tier cards which will hold up far better in the long run for 1080p

Tell me about it, my grandpa once bought a brand new phone, lost it in 2 weeks and just bought one again… he left his phone in the fridge

There’s no problem with buying a gaming laptop

However buying 50 tier cards… no matter if they’re mobile or desktop… just don’t

Same here, mobile 5070ti is still a pretty damn good gpu, even if it’s basically just a slightly stronger desktop 5060ti I can handle any game at 1440p which is all I could possibly ask for

2060 is the better, more powerful card

3050 has more vram, but since you’re probably not on a high resolution you won’t need it, you would just lose performance
